CEOLI strives to not only support the disabled but to work closely with families and the community to change the societal views of people with disabilities, to show all they are capable of rather than focusing on what they cannot do. As a non-profit organization, CEOLI relies on private donations and very minimal payments from the families of the mentally and physically challenged who are served. The organization uses acqua, multi-sensorial, and physical therapy as part of its service.
