              These summer, semester, and academic year programs allow students to experience Paris from an insider’s perspective by exploring the history of European art and design firsthand in the many museums and design studios throughout Paris. The program is open to all students who wish to deepen their art and design knowledge and develop their skills in a rigorous academic environment.
               
              API at the Institut Catholique de Paris
               
              Founded in 1948, the ILCF (Institut de Langue et de Cultures Françaises) is a department within the Institut Catholique de Paris. Courses are available in French and in English at the ILCF. The ILCF welcomes more than 2,000 foreign students each year, representing more than 60 different nationalities. API students can earn 12-15 credits per term. Summer students can earn 5-6 credits per term.

               A semester- and year-long full academic, cultural,
              and social immersion Paris program where students majoring
              in a variety of fields, including the sciences, are enrolled
              directly at the University of Paris, l’ENSAD (Paris’s
              premier art schools) and at Paris IX - Dauphine (top French
              business school). Includes a home stay, or students can
              find their own housing, 9-12 performances (plays, concerts,
              dance) per semester, and weekend trips. Internships available
              for year-long students.

               AUP's academic portfolio reflects this international
